We were very disappointed by what we got compared with what had been promised. The rooms we paid for smelled bad, had dirty bedding, broken doors and toilets, and a geyser that didn’t work. There was no water, and parking wasn’t properly provided, so we had to leave our cars outside in the open. The crockery looked decades old and was dirty. Tea came in unwashed glasses with insects in it. When we complained, the staff were rude. The guy called "Sikkim" was especially rude and acted like he owned us. After I called the owner, who said he’d speak to the staff, "sikkim" started muttering and gave us a resentful look.

Sunil bharadwaj, the manager who owns the hotel, and a woman named anjali made this the worst part of our trip. I found Sunil bharadwaj completely lacking in manners, and I wouldn’t trust his service or hers. In my personal opinion, avoid this place.

The staff were good, and the food was above average. Hot water was available in the bathrooms all the time, but you had to pay extra for a heater. Cleanliness was lacking in the rooms and bathrooms. Some bathroom windows were broken, so we switched rooms. The hotel has a nice view.

The owner was usually away from the property, and the attendants asked for heater charges in cash, even though room payment could be made directly to the owner. We took three rooms and all had the same problems: they stank and the bedsheets were dirty. The person who made the food was drunk and from Shikim. Don’t get tempted by the room rates. A pathetic place to stay.

Nothing good about staying here. The rooms, bathrooms, and blankets were all in terrible condition, and the experience was awful. Don’t book this hotel.
