The only clear bright spot was that staff helped carry our luggage when we checked out at 5am. Otherwise, the service was third-class, and the room wasn't cleaned before we arrived. The pictures show it, the bin was full and there was a used shop in the bathroom. There were three of us, but the hotel had left old supplies instead of providing three soaps and three shampoos. The steps to the room were hard to manage, and the food was just okay. These underground rooms felt hot in Shimla. They told us to leave the windows open but warned us about monkeys 🤣. There was one fan, which at least let us sleep. A good bed and furniture don't justify a three-star rating, good service does. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, a homestay would provide better service.

The food was delicious and excellent quality, and the staff were very polite and welcoming. We stayed from 08/02 to 09/02 and had booked a Family Suite and a Deluxe room. Both were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, including the washrooms. It was a truly memorable and mind-blowing stay.

The view was the only good thing here. The rooms were just okay, and the staff's behavior ruined the experience. At the restaurant, waiter Sandy was arrogant and disrespectful, with no manners in how he spoke. The staff were extremely rude and clearly didn't know how to talk to guests. Hospitality was completely missing. Good location and view wasted because of terrible service and unprofessional staff. Definitely not recommended.

Mr. Raj Sharma and Mr. Gagan at the front office were very helpful, upgrading our rooms from Deluxe to balcony rooms at no extra charge. They also provided early breakfast for our 4am checkout. We stayed two nights at this good property, with great service and very good food quality. One of the best hotels in Shimla.

The valley view was great, and the restaurant food was very tasty. The hotel is right on the main road, with clean, hygienic rooms and a well-trained, disciplined staff. Just watch out for monkeys.
