My first stay here was a great experience, and the second was just as wonderful. The location is great and the service is lovely. My only concern is that some guests smoke in their rooms even though all rooms are non-smoking and they’re told not to. The staff, front desk, and valet parking were polite and made a thoughtful effort. Given the chance, I’ll visit here often.

It was peaceful and relaxing, and the convenient location worked well for me. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting shivamogga.

The location is convenient, and I had an excellent experience at Cliff Embassy Banquet and Suites. The staff were very polite and supportive, with outstanding service. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Highly recommended for stays and events.

You can call reception or housekeeping from the room phone over and over, but they never pick up. The restaurant answers right away, while the actual hotel staff offer no support. It feels like they care about taking your money for food, not hosting you. The service was an absolute nightmare. Avoid this place.

The rooms were clean and nice, and the receptionists responded courteously. The staff were helpful, caring, and polite from our pre-check-in questions through checkout, making sure our concerns were answered and offering all the support they could. We don’t know kannada, so the hotel valet stepped in to explain the right directions to the auto driver. Our needs were met immediately.
