Hotel Navaratna International

This place may have been good ten years ago, but there’s been no maintenance since. The furniture was nearly broken, the room had no proper lock, and there were cigarettes and dust everywhere. For one day with AC, we were charged 2000 rs, yet even basics like soap and towels were missing. You can find more premium rooms near this lodge for the same price. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The mattress was comfortable, but that was about the only good thing. We’d stayed here twice before, but this visit was the last. Our 550Rp room was in terrible shape, with rotten furniture, walls and dust that looked like they hadn't been dealt with for a long time. There was no housekeeping or maintenance, and the bathroom ceiling paint fell onto my head and into the bucket, which also needed replacing years ago. The bar made the place extremely noisy. Even after it closed, men carried on in the premises and rooms. The room boys were odd, and at 8.30AM the receptionist was still in bed. I don't know why the hotel was under renovation three years ago.

The meal was a real disappointment. The Paneer masala was spoiled, and the plates and spoons weren't clean. I even found a washing brush wire in the curd rice vessel. On top of that, service took far too long. I went with my family and wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

There’s no hot water, and the place costs more than it should. The whole building smelled like dead, decomposing rats, and when you book a room it feels as though you’ve booked the entire empty building because nobody is around. Nothing worked right: broken windows, unpainted walls, lights that wouldn't turn on, and a lift that was off all the time. No one cared, and they wouldn't take complaints. Worst experience of my whole journey. Zero stars. Never come here.
