The bathroom had stains and needs fixing, though the rooms were clean and good. Parking is available, and it's within walking distance of the temple. The staff were extraordinary and the service superb. I had booked an AC room through clear trip, but their system showed a non AC room, even though Cleartrip doesn't list non AC rooms. The receptionist accepted the issue straight away and gave us an AC room, which showed they care about service. Please get this sorted with clear trip.

We had good hospitality when we arrived, and the rooms were very neat. The hotel is only about three minutes from the temple, with the market close by too. Other facilities were excellent. The food was good, though the cutlery should be changed to glassware. A great place to stay in Shirdi.

The convenient location made it easy to visit Sai Baba Temple, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout. Our room was clean and comfortable. Renovation is still underway at KDM Indore Palace, Shirdi, but the property is already taking on a fresh, modern look. Even with the work happening, our stay went smoothly. When renovation is finished, it should look even more impressive. Would suggest it any day.

We stayed on 7th-8th February. The rooms and toilets were clean, and the staff were cooperative. Breakfast was included and good, with attentive service, but the buffet didn't start at the stated time. We were in a hurry; they did manage to serve us, though it took a while. That timing needs improvement.

The temple area is conveniently close to Hotel Indore Palace. Our room was spacious, neat, and well maintained, and the whole stay was clean and comfortable. Staff were polite and very helpful the entire time.
