Mr. Punit, the Hotel Manager, made sure everything was organized from check-in through check-out and personally looked after our needs. His hospitality and professionalism really stood out, as did the polite, attentive staff who were always willing to help. Our room at Hotel JK Palace, Shirdi was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped. Room service was quick, and we enjoyed the food. The hotel is easy to reach and close to the Sai Baba Temple. We had a relaxing, memorable stay and would recommend it to families and devotees visiting Shirdi.

The location worked well for visiting the temple, and the free pick-up and drop service made getting there convenient. When Tata Sky wasn't working at first, the staff responded quickly, recharged it, and fixed the problem right away. We stayed at J K Palace for a day. The hotel has been newly renovated, and both the rooms and toilets felt fresh, clean, and well maintained. It was a comfortable stay with good service, and I'd recommend it to families and temple visitors.

For Rs. 1200 in 2026, we got a non-AC room that wasn't luxurious but was definitely worth the price. It was very clean and sanitized. I haven't explored many options in Shirdi, and I didn't measure the distance to the temple. The hotel and rooms were very good, and I'd recommend it for a family stay.
