Hotel Sai Nisarg

The food and the way it was served made for a really bad experience at Shiv Sagar Restaurant. We ordered Aloo Paratha, but it came without the aloo or masala. The staff seemed poorly trained and didn't listen to what customers were saying. They served us as if we were criminals in jail, with no warmth at all. It felt like money mattered more to them than anything else. The food was bad and expensive. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, so I'd check those out instead. They need to train the staff, change the chef, and bring the prices down. One star.

The manager treated us very well, which is why I'm giving two stars. The rest of the stay was rough. I was there with my office colleagues, and the bathroom handle was broken when I first saw the room. There was no soap or toothpaste, the towels were dirty, and the room hadn't been cleaned when we came back from Shri Sai Baba darshan. We ordered paneer chilli at night and got flower Manchurian instead. They don't have a fridge either.

The waiter who served us was the only good part of this place. I don't know his name, but he was wearing a cap. The management was awful, and the boss looked arrogant and wouldn't respond. My friend’s Masala Dosa barely had any potato bhaji inside, and the sambar and chutni didn't taste right. If they don't know how to make South Indian dishes, they shouldn't serve them. The sweet lime juice was so watery it looked like rain had fallen in the glass. I ordered Poha, which had no salt or taste, and there was something in it that looked very dirty. When I complained, the waiter called the supervisor, who said it was nothing. I asked them to take it away, but they still charged me even though I'd only eaten about three spoonfuls. I'd never go back. Go here if you want bad food, a bad experience, and to waste your money.

The restaurant at Sai Nisarg was a regret. The sabji was sour, the portion was small, and they charged Rs.410 for what seemed like an ordinary dish. Despite being a premium hotel, there wasn't a washroom there, and the pay and use one outside was in a terrible state. The food was pathetic and overpriced. Avoid it.
