I had a serious problem with the management during my stay on 15th May. I booked a room for easy darshan in Shirdi after Happy Singh told me the rate, and I paid ₹700. Around 5 or 6 PM, I said I might extend by a day on 16th May depending on my bus time. He said I would only have to pay the extra amount, and I agreed. The next morning the manager asked for ₹300 for a half day, which I paid. I told him I didn’t know the exact charges and asked him to confirm the final amount with the owner. He said Happy Singh would arrive around 10:30 or 11:00 AM and that he would tell him about the payment. I trusted him and left for Abhishek Pooja. When I came back around 12:30 PM, Happy Singh’s wife spoke rudely and argued that they had already told me to pay ₹700. She wouldn’t calmly listen to what had happened, and I had to raise my voice to explain it all. Both husband and wife are liars, contradict themselves, and seem focused on money rather than customer service or professionalism. Think 100 times before staying here.

There’s no lift, the beds are strong, the AC leaks, and parking only fits one car. The prices feel too high for this level of maintenance. People from the road can enter the premises and knock on your door. Mr. Happy singh can easily mislead you by presenting someone else’s parking as his own, so don’t fall for it.

This is good value, with very reasonable rates, and I’d always stay here. It’s pet friendly, just a 3 to 5 minute walk from the main Shirdi temple. The owners are welcoming and took great care of everything we needed, treating guests like family. I strongly recommend it to friends and anyone else.

I booked based on the star ratings but had a horrible stay. The room wasn’t clean or well maintained, and the washroom water supply problem still wasn’t fixed after I complained twice. Lower prices don’t mean guests should have to go without basics like water and cleanliness.
