Hotel Sai Sahavas

The staff were very rude, and management wasn't available when we had questions. We also had what seemed like privacy issues. There were lots of problems with water and electricity. A really pathetic experience, don't go here.

We had water trouble for over an hour, the AC wasn't working, and the doors had lock problems. The service was no good at all, and when we brought the issues to the staff, they were quite rude. A very bad experience.

We were surprised to get an extra single bed in one of our three rooms, along with the three double bed non AC rooms we booked for eight people through goibibo. All the rooms were spacious for two, and the washroom was clean and roomy. Room service was great. The hotel had a lift, hot running water at the taps, toiletries, and a clean towel. There were plenty of restaurants close by, and the temple was about 300 metres away, an easy walk. It was a nice stay.

The lift wasn't working at all, and we were given a terrible room on the 4th floor. Inside, a musty smell hung around despite the overpowering air freshener they used to cover it. The carpet was stained and sticky, the bed uncomfortable, the pillows lumpy, and the sheets too thin to cover the mattress properly. Bathroom tiles were grimy and the shower pressure was poor. The AC was either noisy or ineffective, so sleeping well was difficult. Staff were rude and couldn't offer a real solution or change rooms. Our stay at Hotel Sai Sahavas was a letdown from the start. I wouldn't recommend it.
