The rooms weren't clean, and the restrooms weren't cleaned regularly. There was no Wi-Fi, hot water, or power backup. If I could give a negative rating, I would. Better avoid this place at all costs.

There was no backup power, so when the electricity goes out, which it surely will, you're in for it. The manager was rude and badly behaved, living up to the reputation of OYO Rooms. Everything, from the entrance and rooms to the washroom, bedsheets, quilt, and towels, was pathetic and cheap. My home POCHA is cleaner. Better to stay on the Shirdi streets, they're cleaner.

The manager, Navanath, and the woman there were very rude and didn't know how to speak to people. I booked through Goibibo, but when I arrived, the hotel manager said they had no room booked for me through them. He said they could give me a room if I paid extra. After waiting and arguing for almost 30 minutes, I realized nothing would get sorted, so I left. I read the reviews before booking, and now I think all the good ones were paid. The ones with frustration and complaints are genuine. Don't get caught by cheap hotels. Choose an on-spot booking and avoid places like this. GOIBIBO helpdesk was also hopeless. Instead of contacting the hotel and sorting it out, they tried to convince me. A bad experience. I wouldn't give them even one star.
