I realized after leaving Shirdi that I’d accidentally left my tiffin and prescription glasses in the room. When I called reception, a woman assured me they’d be kept safe, but after that nobody answered my calls. I also sent someone to pick them up, only to learn the hotel had changed owners and the staff member I’d spoken to was no longer there. My glasses were expensive, and the tiffin was valuable too. If they’re still at the hotel, please return them. I can arrange for someone to collect them. This has been my worst hotel experience, and I would advise people not to stay here.
