At Hotel Kaustubh, I found the rooms really spacious and luxurious, with a breathtaking sunrise view from my window. The staff were always ready to help and did so with a smile. It made for a fantastic, relaxing stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kaustubh, Shirdi a few months ago. The staff were helpful and polite, and the food was tasty and well prepared. It was also very close to the Sai Baba temple. Inside, the place felt calm, clean, and welcoming. A great place to stay in Shirdi, highly recommended.

Getting to the temple is easy from here: the hotel is on the main road, only a few meters from gates 2 and 3. There's also a small lift for guests. Our room had three double beds, but the linen wasn't clean and the pillows were stuffed with cotton instead of foam. They provided no toiletries, and the bathroom had a dirty bucket and mug. There isn't a shower, so you have no other option. Staff were polite and cooperative. Better cleanliness and hygiene would make this a worthwhile stay.

I chose this place for the location, and honestly, that's the only reason to stay here. The rooms are spacious but untidy, and the washrooms are in bad shape. The receptionist was an absolute rubbish person who didn't know how to behave. I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone. The staff's behaviour was rubbish too.
