Nisha at the front desk was especially helpful and attentive, and made sure our needs were handled smoothly with a warm smile. The rest of the staff were caring and courteous too, and the rooms were clean, well maintained, and peaceful after a long day. Breakfast had a great variety and tasted wonderful. On 1st January (Thursday), I was fasting, so I told the team and they kindly went out of their way to make special fasting food for me. That personal care is rare and meant a lot. They also surprised the guests with a Happy New Year gift, a lovely gesture that gave us a great memory. Marigold Hotel offers genuine care, respect, and hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shirdi and would happily stay here again.

Mr. Santosh Tambe, the General Manager, deserves a heartfelt mention for his hospitality and personal attention. His leadership showed across the teams, from valet and concierge to Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B, all working smoothly to give us a flawless stay. Chef Pravin also made our meals a pleasure, and Waiter Pitamber and Server Meera gave excellent service. We interacted with other team members too, and they were all polite, humble, and eager to help. Sorry to miss a few names. The food was absolutely delicious and thoughtfully prepared. From the warm welcome onward, everything felt impeccable, from the atmosphere to the attention to detail. MariGold Hotel gave us a top-notch luxury experience and sets a high standard for hospitality in Shirdi. Highly recommended, and we look forward to coming back soon.

The location is excellent, especially for being so close to the temple, and the complimentary ride there was a generous touch. The food was 10/10, and the ambience was pleasant. The bathrooms were clean and decent, but the bed sheets had stains and didn't seem new or properly clean. Room service was slow, and I had to call reception several times about the same request. Wi-Fi was really poor in some rooms, the mirror wasn't clean enough, and none of the TV channels worked. It was a good stay overall, with a few things that need attention.

The staff were helpful without hovering, and their local recommendations actually worked out. Special thanks to Mr. Dibya Jyoti Rath and its team for the warm hospitality and quick, smiling response. Our room was impeccably looked after, from the spotless bathroom fixtures to the clean bed linens, and the care showed everywhere. Breakfast each morning was delicious. Marigold Regency, Shirdi left us with a real sense of what hospitality should feel like. We will absolutely return.
