We booked through Telangana Tourism as part of a Shirdi package, but the rooms weren't clean and there was no power backup. When we asked about the generator, staff answered rudely, saying, “This is what you get for the price you paid.”

Our Telangana Tourism package included the room, and check-in and check-out both went smoothly. The hotel is about 250 meters away, with neat, well-maintained rooms and good service from the staff and reception. They were also helpful with sightseeing information and other location related services.

The room was in very poor shape. It was damp, with seepage and damp walls, and hundreds of mosquitoes. The light was so dim it was like a bedside light. There was no jet gun, bucket, or mug in the toilet, and no complimentary towels or soap. It wasn't even suitable for freshening up before going to the temple. One star feels too generous.

I only needed a place for one night when I visited Shirdi on 7th April 2023. The hotel looked good from outside, and there was a room available at reception, so I booked it. At first the room seemed normal, but I noticed problems later. The old, heavy TV had no remote, so I had to change channels using its buttons. The mattress and blanket were old and not properly clean. The toilet wasn't cleaned well and the taps didn't work properly. They gave us regular water, and when I asked for mineral water, they said I had to pay for bottles. It was usable for a night, but the rate was high for what we got, and better rooms are available at that price. I wouldn't want anyone to stay and regret it in the morning.
