Lords Inn Shirdi

The hotel is just a two-minute walk from the Mandir, which made it very convenient for our stay in Shirdi. The rooms aren't modern, but they were comfortable, and the staff were helpful and well trained. We had the buffet breakfast and dinner. The selection was fairly moderate, though worth the price, and the food was nicely prepared at reasonable prices. A comfortable stay, with the temple easy to reach on foot.

I've been coming here about three times a year, and the staff are always cordial and disciplined. It's very close to the temple, so walking over for darshan is easy. Breakfast is excellent, and Mr Biplab runs the restaurant very well. He's courteous and takes good care of guests. The rooms are a decent size and have enough facilities, but the room quality has been slipping even though I've stayed here since it first opened. The bathroom didn't drain, which made showering difficult, and some lights weren't working. The rooms need an overhaul. Still, it's a great place to stay, with the best food and the shortest walk to the temple. Sai Ram.

Breakfast at The Coriander, by reception, was filling, with bread pakodas, idli sambhar, dosas cooked fresh on the tava, fruit, juice, tea, and coffee. The hotel is within walking distance of the Sai Baba Main temple, so we didn't have to worry about our shoes or mobiles, and walking out barefoot was fine. The concierge was helpful, and the courteous front desk made check-in easy. Our room was spacious and clean, though the AC was noisy. The bathroom was clean too, but check the shower flow, as that can be a problem at some hotels. There's no dedicated accessible parking or ramp, but the entrance makes it convenient to reach the rooms and restaurant.

The meditation hall is very peaceful, and the hotel's location gives easy access to the main mandir. The rooms are comfortable, and breakfast at the restaurant is really good. They could do something to reduce, or ideally get rid of, the insects in the rooms.
