The room itself was clean and comfortable, and most of the services were satisfying, so the stay was generally good. But basic things let us down. Water pressure in the bathroom was very low and there was no hot water, which made showering difficult and bathing uncomfortable. We told management several times about the TV cable problem, but it still wasn't fixed by checkout. The service around water and TV needs improvement.
10/10
Good quality for low prices.
2/10
Some products are really expensive, and the quality is the worst. Don't shop here, Reliance is far better.
2/10
The clothes cost too much, have lots of defects, and the stock is all old with no variety. Please don't buy clothes here.
4/10
The service is very good and the staff are cooperative. They should add more variety to the chocolates and food items.
