Hotel Sai Laxmi

Worst hotel ever. I booked through oyo, but the front desk rejected it and asked me to pay more.

There was no hot water, which made it hard to have a comfortable, refreshing shower. The room also hadn't been cleaned properly before I arrived, and the previous guest's mess was still there. The room was visibly dirty and neglected, and the washroom was just as unclean. The arrangements for drivers were inadequate too, without proper facilities or enough space, making things uncomfortable for people arriving by car. With the poor cleanliness between guests, dirty room and washroom, and lack of hot water and driver provisions, I can't recommend Stay for Sai Laxmi Hotel.

The rooms were filthy and unhygienic, and the hotel shown online was completely different. I had to switch to another hotel within minutes, but lost all my money because I'd prepaid. This is the worst hotel in entire shirdi. GOIBIBO should look into these kinds of scams and block these hotels.

I paid the full amount through goibibo, but when I reached, the hotel staff said they don't accept online orders and wouldn't return my money. It seems like there may be a fraud between goibibo and the hotel. Probably the cybercrime department needs to be told about this. I want my money back.
