The rooms were nice and the staff were good, though cleanliness needs work. It's about 500 metres from Shirdi temple. I'm giving an extra star because the owner accepted the feedback and is committed to improving the rooms and getting the hotel onto Shirdi's top 3 list.

We booked two rooms for two days, and staying here was a nightmare. It definitely doesn't deserve to be called a 3-star hotel. There's no maintenance or room service, and both room phones were out of order, so we couldn't call each other or complain. One room's TV cable hadn't been activated, the bathroom sink didn't work, and both rooms were full of mosquitoes at night. Hot water was only available from 3 AM to 6:30 AM. Who wants to wake up that early just to get hot water? After our long winter journey, they still couldn't provide any when we asked to freshen up at night.

The hotel's infrastructure is good, and the switches are well arranged. The service was up to standard and well organized. The rooms were very clean, and the bathroom was clean and didn't stink. It's one of the best places to stay in Shirdi, but the restaurant wasn't so good. I'd choose it for staying, not for eating, and would suggest eating somewhere else.

The hotel staff were rude, and room service was awful. Our curtains were completely see-through; after we asked several times, they were left at the doorstep. The DTH wasn’t connected to power. I also saw lots of spider webs in the restaurant, and there was no proper cleaning. The photos on Google seem to be from an earlier time; I’ve attached current ones for reference. I booked through FabHotels and stayed last week, and the rooms and floors were poorly maintained. Other guests kept coming and going with AC complaints, but staff offered no solution. Even after 5-6 hours set to 18 degrees, our AC felt more like 26 or 27. I heard it used to be under different management and is now run by another owner or team. This hotel deserves a negative rating.
