The most appealing thing about Hotel Siddhant is its location. The room stayed quiet even though the hotel is on a busy road. Staff were kind, helped carry our luggage up and down, and kept it for us after checkout. There’s an elevator, and the service was alright. Still, some rooms seemed newer while others looked outdated and had stained equipment. The hot water I requested at night never arrived, and the kettle I asked for in the morning was rusty inside. Check-in took quite a while, so we reached the temple late, close to aarti time, and had to wait an extra two hours. I booked because of the high Google Maps rating, but I don’t think the hotel deserves 4.9 stars. It’s an O-K hotel, and they offer free breakfast in return for a rating at checkout, which makes those ratings hard to trust. Keep your expectations modest and you’ll be fine, but I may not book here again. I don’t usually post reviews, but I wanted to share the details because I don’t appreciate the practice of manipulating Google Maps ratings. Hope this helps!

The staff were very energetic and did everything they could to make us comfortable at Siddhant Hotel. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed five-star comfort at two-star expenses. The food was tasty. Thank you.

We had a sumptuous, tasty breakfast and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very energetic and took every step to make us comfortable. In a nutshell, it felt like five-star comfort at two-star expenses. Well done, keep it up.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and parking was convenient. Our room was clean too. At night there was no hot water, though, and the AC didn't cool very well. Fixing those things would make the stay better.

We arrived at 9:30 pm to find out that Hotel Siddhant said it had no booking for us and no rooms left. I'd booked through Cleartrip about 12 hours earlier and had received confirmation. Yet every hotel booking app I checked, including Cleartrip and the others listed on Google, still showed vacancies. If online reservations aren't going to be honored, the hotel should be removed from those sites. The apps are tied up with the hotel, so the rooms booked through them shouldn't be given to someone else. It was a weekend, the city was packed with devotees, and we had to go from hotel to hotel at night looking for an available room. Cleartrip staff couldn't find us one either because of the crowds. Everything was full, and the online options left were no good. I've never had an experience like this, despite traveling a lot. I wouldn't recommend booking here online. If you do, call ahead so you don't get caught by surprise.
