The location is good, but the service was awful. The staff were rude and didn't respond properly, and the receptionist shouted at us when we tried to report a problem. No one was at reception, and we had to ask for room service over and over. The AC didn't work, and the key wouldn't open the door. The room lights were dim, the bathroom was just okay, and there was no intercom.
