The restaurant food was the highlight for us, with superb taste and quick service from Mr Govind and head chef Mr Sachin. Mr Bhagyesh welcomed us with a big smile at the front desk, and the reservation desk was also under him. F&B manager Mr Zubair and hotel GM Mr Kapil were soft-spoken and listened patiently to our requests. The hotel has a rustic look that we liked, with our culture preserved and displayed. There's plenty of parking and space to walk around, and the swimming pool is very large, though we didn't have time for a dip. It's within walking distance of Sai Baba Temple, but in summer or rain, the shuttle that takes guests to and from the temple would be preferable. Our rooms were spacious and cooled effectively. Staff told us renovations are due soon, and we look forward to visiting again.

Mr. Dhanraj at reception was especially welcoming, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. Ms. Sharmili from the kitchen served us warmly, always with a lovely smile, and Chef Sachin's cooking was outstanding. Every dish had so much flavor and care, and was prepared perfectly. We could happily keep eating his food. From the start to the end, the hospitality was wonderful, making this a fine choice for a comfortable, luxurious stay in Shirdi. Highly recommended.

We had two delicious, filling lunches at the hotel, and the Dum aalo was especially good. Chef Sachin knows what he's doing. The suite rooms were amazing, the property was very well maintained, and the staff took great care of us and were friendly and courteous. Everyone from the GM Mr Tiwari to Mr. Bhagyesh helped make it a lovely stay. Highly recommended!

The restaurant food wasn't up to scratch: breakfast came cold, and the restaurant manager wasn't helpful. One waiter and one waitress, whose names I've forgotten, kept checking in and making sure our requests were handled, though. I've been visiting Shirdi for 5 years and always stay here because the staff are welcoming and helpful. Bhagyesh, the Reservation Manager, always looks after me and my family. I met the hotel GM, who was kind and honored us with an upgrade because of my twins. Thanks for making our stay memorable again.

The property looked nice and well maintained at first, but our stay for a weekend Sai baba's Darshan trip fell short. Staff were discourteous, and at meals we had to ask several times just to get tissues and cutlery. After darshan, we waited 10 minutes for the free shuttle, but it never came, so we made our own way back. They also wouldn't provide water bottles on checkout day. When we asked, they were rude and insisted we pay immediately for packaged water. I'd never seen that odd rule before. The prebooked breakfast plus lunch/dinner combo was a letdown too: dinner gravies were poorly seasoned, dessert was overly sweet, and breakfast the next day was average. The whole stay was not up to the mark.
