The room was roomy, but the bathroom and basin weren’t clean, and there was no hot water in the evening. There’s no lift or restaurant attached to the property. I’d book without breakfast if choosing this place, since eating breakfast outside is a better option and the online breakfast charge isn’t worth it.

We reached the hotel with my family after a long journey, only to be refused our rooms. I’d booked through Agoda a week earlier, and the app clearly showed the booking as confirmed. There was no apology, help, or basic courtesy from the staff. Their attitude felt unethical and greedy. Being stranded and stressed because a confirmed booking was ignored was awful. Super Hotel O in Chatrapati Nagar is completely unreliable. If you care about your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away.

After a long trip to Shirdi for darshan, we couldn’t get a proper night’s rest. There were mosquitoes, the fan ran very slowly, and the AC wasn’t working when we entered the room. They also switched it off early in the morning, saying they don’t run it during the day and it would only be available after 10 pm. We’d booked a breakfast plan, but no breakfast was provided. When I asked, staff said it hadn’t been updated on their side. There wasn’t a towel in the room either, and we had to call about four times before one was finally brought. At check-in they handed me the TV, set-top box, and AC remotes personally, which felt very strange and unprofessional. With all these problems, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Please avoid it.

There was dust all over the room, especially under the bed. It looked as if someone had swept it there instead of cleaning it away properly.
