The location is the main draw, with good eateries nearby. Rooms are okay, though the washrooms are old. Hot water is available from 5 am to 10 am, and they’ll provide a heating rod if you ask. Smoking is allowed, so the smell can be a big problem in your room even if you don’t smoke.

We’ve booked here for our group for the last few years, since I regularly visit Shirdi with other Sai devotees. The premises and rooms are neat and clean, there’s a lift, and reception staff are cooperative and nice. It’s a 2-3 minute walk to the Samadhi Mandir and Dwarkamai, and the prices are reasonable. Hot water normally runs from 5 am to 10 am, but when we requested it for 4 am, they arranged it so we could bathe before the 5 am Kakad Aarti.

I stayed here with my brothers, and we had a pleasant, comfortable visit. The rooms were neat, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were polite, attentive, and ready to help. The temple is just a short walk away, which made the location especially convenient. I’d recommend it to families visiting the temple.

The in-house restaurant had tasty food with a good variety, and the location was convenient, close to major attractions and easy to reach. At Hotel saiba, our room was clean, spacious, and well maintained with the necessary amenities. The staff were very polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Good value for money, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
