I paid Rs. 2000 online through the OYO app, but the staff refused to check me in because I'd paid online. They also asked for another Rs. 500, which I paid to a boy's personal QR code. Later I learned each manager has a separate QR code. When I tried to cancel through the app, it said I'd only get Rs. 400 back. The room was the dirtiest I've ever seen, and the hygiene was terrible. The staff were very rude and seemed focused on money. This isn't a place for families or kids. Stay away from this dirty, unhygienic hotel.

There was no water, the sheets were old and had been used before, and neither the TV nor the AC worked. The bathroom even had used sanitary pads left by the previous guest. Oyo Hotel Sai Pancham was the dirtiest hotel room I've seen, and the stay was horrifying. The staff and so-called manager seemed intent on getting as much money as they could. After taking a booking and payment, they treated me like a beggar and disrespected me. They said they didn't care because tourists would keep arriving. Even a slum room would be better maintained and more hygienic. I felt mental trauma as soon as I entered. Oyo Hotel Sai Pancham is a scam. Save yourself and don't check in.

There are two ways to reach the main road from the hotel. One is muddy and not walkable, while the other, by the Sai theme park, is good. Transport was readily available. The hotel sits in green surroundings with fresh air, and the price was fair. We had a happy family stay, and the staff were polite and responsive. You can explore food nearby or order from the hotel. I'd recommend it for families or friends.

The room and bathroom were very clean, and the owner and staff were so kind and caring that I felt at home, almost like royalty. It was an awesome stay, and I'd love to come back.

It's a cheap, beautiful hotel with a very nice view, surrounded by quiet greenery. The owner is helpful and cares more about humanity and customer service than money. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shirdi.
