Our OYO booking and stay were a terrible experience. We booked through the website for 13 and 14 Aug. 2022 for sherdi MH. When we arrived, the Hotel Manager wouldn't give us the proper address and refused to provide the booked room. We called customer service, but the executive didn't help resolve it and instead suggested cancelling the booking. We felt helpless in an unfamiliar city in the middle of the night with two senior citizens. The manager and OYO employee took advantage of that, bargained for a higher amount, and we paid more because of our family situation. I felt this was a scam involving the hotel and OYO, and that the hotel booking was fraud by OYO employees and the Hotel Manager. On top of that, we weren't given housekeeping, drinking water, a lift, or basic facilities, and our trip was put in trouble. I've decided never to use your service again and will say the same to family and friends. Please take action against the employee and hotel so other families don't face this on their trip.

Honestly, the hotel service was the worst, and it felt like a fraud. I booked with 25% amount on OYO, but at the restaurant they refused me the AC room I'd booked and gave me a non AC room instead. It was very dirty, the flush didn't work, and there were no mats, water, soap, towels, or any service. Very bad experience. Don't go to this hotel.

Really bad service. The room wasn't clean and the bed sheets were dirty. There were too many mosquitoes, and they didn't provide a towel or soap.

The bed was dirty, the bathroom smelled bad, and the whole place felt unclean. I paid very little, so I won't make a big complaint about the price, but this was still one of the worst places I've stayed. It shouldn't be called an OYO property. I'd avoid it.

Luckily, I only had to stay one night. The mattress smelled awful, there were insects around, and the flush didn't work. I didn't like the place at all.
