I booked an AC room but was given a non-AC one. The washbasin outlet was blocked and nobody fixed it. In our four days there, the room wasn't swept or mopped and the bathroom wasn't cleaned even once. There were no hangers or shelves for clothes. For two adults staying four days, they gave us just one bath towel and two tiny soaps, which didn't last even two days. Hot water wasn't available all day; it started flowing after 7 am. The blankets and sheets weren't changed once during our stay. It was a very bad experience. I'm also unhappy with Goibibo, since they didn't follow up after the room was booked.

Really happy with the stay. The room was tidy, the washroom was clean, and the bedsheets were spotless.
10/10
The rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Sai sanket hotel was a delight from the moment we arrived, with an immaculate, well-kept property and a peaceful atmosphere that suited Shirdi's spiritual feel.
10/10
We were satisfied with the stay, especially for the affordable price. The room was quite good, though the hotel was about 1-1.8 km away. The washroom wasn't good, but since it's a new building, it was okay.
10/10
The hotel looks attractive after its recent renovation, and the rooms were clean and neat. The rates were very reasonable. Service was good, and the staff were helpful and polite.
