I went with my family, and the restaurant service was very bad. Breakfast was included with the rooms, but it took an hour to arrive, and tea took 30 minutes. Overall was good.

The restaurant is popular with locals, and you can eat there or have food delivered to your room. The portions were generous and the food tasty, though very spicy. The hotel was under construction during our visit, so parts were being maintained. Our room was okayish, while the staff were friendly and courteous. It's a decent place to stay in Shivpuri, right on the main road with its own parking. The Chattris are about a 5 min drive away.

With family, the wait can be up to 2 hours. They need to get faster than the other foreign fast foods.

The rooms and service were very bad. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone in the future.
