Neha deserves a special mention. She was polite, professional, and helpful during our visit, and her attention to detail made us feel welcome and cared for. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the convenient location made everything easy to reach. I loved staying here and would gladly return. Highly recommended for the comfort, service, and location.

I really enjoyed the peaceful, comfortable atmosphere here. The staff were welcoming, polite, and always happy to help, and the pool was clean and relaxing. There were plenty of food options, and each meal was delicious, fresh, and satisfying. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

We got caught in traffic and arrived late, but dinner was still served without any fuss. That felt like real hospitality. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food and service were great. The location puts you right among the activity between Laxman Jhula and Ram Jhula. Having a gym, pool, and spa on site was a nice surprise. If you're coming to Rishikesh for temples and rafting, this is a good place to stay.

The room upkeep, cleanliness, and maintenance were all below standard, and the front desk staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. They provided refilled bottles instead of sealed packaged drinking water, which I found unacceptable. The whole place felt crowded, more like a chawl or fish market than a premium hotel, and nowhere near a 4-star experience. It wasn’t worth the price or the rating they claim. I wouldn’t recommend Divine Lakshmi Ganga Hotel to anyone expecting comfort or a premium stay.
