We found the hotel convenient for sightseeing and shopping, about a 10-minute walk from Mall Road, and the views made the climb worthwhile. The road up is steep, though, which could be tiring after a day exploring Shimla. Parking was spacious, a real help on the crowded streets. The staff were friendly and helpful from smooth check-in onward. They shared local sightseeing tips, brought extra towels promptly, and housekeeping was efficient. We had no service issues. Free Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay. The restaurant food was decent, but we chose nearby cafés for a change of flavor. Our family enjoyed the stay, and the room quality, location, and service were excellent. The only downside was the steep walk, which didn't affect our enjoyment much. I'd recommend the place for a comfortable, peaceful stay with great views. Rating: 5/5.

The peace and the view of the Himalayas from the rooms are what make Whistling Alpines special. The rooms are clean, parking is available, and the owner and staff are helpful and provide the facilities you need. Food can be made to your taste, and it arrives at a nicely set dining table. Whenever I visit the queen of hills, I stay here. It feels peaceful and safe, whether you're traveling with family, friends, or on your own. I recommend it for a stay, and hope you'll have the same experience.

The room was spacious, clean, and nice, and the owner and staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities and facilities were very good, too. It was a relaxing stay in a quiet setting.

Mr. Sharma was a generous host. He even picked us up and gave us lots of help. The place is ideally located near Shimla, with clean, spacious, well-kept rooms and lovely balcony views. Our balcony was bigger than the room, which was awesome. Food was decent and the staff were helpful. We stayed for 4-5 days and had a wonderful time.

Mr Abhishek Sharma was a humble and helpful owner. He guided me on my trip and even dropped me at the bus stop so I could catch my bus home. The location is calm and peaceful, the rooms were spacious, neat, and clean, and the bathroom was good. Thanks for the hospitality. Highly recommended.
