Inside the resort, my friends and I loved the café and home décor gallery, and we had a great time shopping and hanging out there. The ambience is beautiful, with a pool, a lovely view, handmade paintings, and attractive plantation areas. The lady who treated us at the resort was very warm and inspiring. Srirangapatna is a historical place I've always wanted to see, especially the Kshanambika and Nimishamba temples. This would be a lovely day trip from Bangalore or a relaxing weekend away, especially for couples and friends who like to spend time together.

The room was tiny for what we paid, the photos on the website didn't match it, and it was very dirty. The manager kept telling us to pay extra for early check-in, and using the swimming pool cost extra too. The place acts like a 5 star hotel but feels like a cheap 1 star one. The food was awful and overpriced. It gave me stomach discomfort and diarrhea. The nearby restaurants seemed the same, so apparently something was wrong with the food in the area. Horrible experience.

I contacted mrs.Arpitha and she responded really well. The decor and service were good, and I completely loved the elegant ambience. It has a lovely vibe for relaxing and enjoying yourself, and it's also a good place for birthday celebrations.

The café food tasted good, but it opens after 11am, closes by 10 pm, and doesn't have breakfast. They said breakfast would be ordered from outside. For 4600 rs/day, our rooms weren't worth it. A cow shed was right in front, so we got the smell of cow dung early in the morning. This isn't much of a resort: apart from the swimming pool, there are no other amenities or activities. Only 3-4 of the rooms shown on the website are new and look good. The rest are 15+ years old and poorly maintained. There wasn't even a water bottle in the room; after asking 2-3 times, he showed us an old 25 litres water can and said they had RO water, so we went out and bought bottles from a bakery. Dental kits weren't provided either.

The rooms are so cramped they feel like a jail, and the bed linen was unclean. The service doesn't justify the very high price. A total waste of money.
