Ravi Pandey was friendly, professional, and made sure all our needs were taken care of. His service really added to our stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the atmosphere was pleasant with excellent facilities. Staff were polite and always willing to help with a smile. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend the hotel. I look forward to coming back.

The parking was good, and the food was decent. In Shravasti, a popular pilgrimage and tourist city, this is a beautiful modern hotel. The rooms were elegant and comfortable, with modern amenities.

Food service was excellent, and supervisor Mr Diwaker and his staff were especially attentive and took personal care of us. The newer facilities were clean and well maintained, and the staff were respectful, caring, and polite. Excellent place.
