On my first visit to Bihar, we ran into a real fraud here. The staff gave us a room for two days and we paid the full amount they asked for, after the discount they offered. The next day, the manager called and demanded more money, claiming our payment only covered one day and we had to pay extra. The staff and manager kept changing their story. Never book this hotel.

The room wasn't cleaned well. There was also an electric current in the water from the water heater. When I told the hotel staff, they confirmed they had known about the problem for some time, but management still hadn't fixed it.

Room service was very poor and the staff weren't good. The manager was really rude. Don't take a room here, especially because of the manager and owner. They treat customers very badly.
