My stay in Bansat was comfortable and pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. The location made it convenient to get to nearby places and enjoy the area. My room was spacious, clean, and well cared for, with a comfortable bed, clean bedding, good lighting, and a tidy bathroom. Housekeeping came regularly and kept things hygienic. The food was tasty and freshly prepared, with good options available.

The room was spacious and stylish, with a comfortable bed and well-kept amenities. I slept well and found it clean. Staff were friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful, especially at reception and in the restaurants.

Even the hotel's best room was in awful condition, despite the competitive price. There were dirty corners and a bad smell, plus spiders, a grimy sofa and carpet, and termite damage along the entry and bathroom doors. The bathroom door was broken from the termites. I'd look for another hotel in the city.

The restaurant is a lovely place, with good food and service. The room itself was average in size, with damp, moldy walls and a poor bathroom that had no hot water. Rates felt high for the quality of the room.

The food at Flevors family Restaurant is amazing, and our family really liked it. Hotel Basant palace has very luxurious rooms and customer service available around the clock.
