Hotel Om Palace By OYO Rooms

Jai Shree Shyam 🙏🏻 The hotel is in a good spot, with everything within walking distance, and parking was fine since they have a vacant plot reserved for it. Check-in also went smoothly. Then we entered our room for four, and cockroaches were crawling in every corner. The bedsheets looked untidy and seemed to have been reused without washing. The bathroom had a bucket, a small mug, two towels, and two soaps, but the bad odour was so awful that anyone not used to that kind of bathroom would vomit. Mosquitoes bit us all night, as if they were there to spoil our morning Shyam Baba darshan. The sheets, pillows, blankets, and even the mattress they provided were stinky and untidy. It was a really disheartening stay, and not worth the price they charge. 👎🏻

The staff were polite, friendly, and attentive, and the place was clean, with comfortable beds and well-kept bathrooms and facilities. It was good value for money, especially for the food and service. I loved being able to check in early. There was plenty of light in our room, and the blackout curtains let us sleep in without being disturbed 💞

The location was good and the staff were polite, but cleanliness and basic facilities need serious work. There were ants and flies in the room, and the bedsheets looked dirty and unhygienic. That’s especially worrying when you’re traveling with an infant. We stayed with family and a small baby, and the experience was average. The kitchen hours were very odd and didn’t line up with regular meal times, which made arranging food for the baby inconvenient. Management should focus on hygiene and offer more flexible food service for families.

I didn’t take a room here because the staff were so rude and behaved badly. They spoke to us very rudely, so I went to another hotel. Maybe that behavior is why they have a 3.8 rating on goibibo and 3.7 on make my trip. Worst hotel, and the behavior was even worse.
