In winter, they gave us only 4 blankets for 7 people and said, “You’ll have to manage with these.” Is that right? This was bad service. Providing good service and keeping the washrooms properly clean are your responsibilities.

We booked one room online at sanwariya Guest house, but the location they sent was different from the actual address, so we cancelled. We then asked for a refund and were given one excuse after another: first it would be sent in an hour, then the accountant wasn't available, then it would take 24 hours. After the 24 hours passed, we contacted him again and got the accountant excuse once more, along with others. It's now been 3-4 days, we still haven't received the refund, and he no longer answers our calls. This was a terrible experience and felt like a fraud. Please don't book here.

Sanwariya Guest House Khatu turned me away despite my confirmed booking. The staff gave walk-in customers rooms for higher rates and asked me for extra money. Their rudeness and unprofessional conduct were unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend it if you expect online bookings to be honored and staff to treat you respectfully. #badexperience #hotelreview

There was no management around, and they didn't even give us a lock for our room. The rooms were very dirty. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
