Mr. Bhanu at the front desk was polite and helpful, and the location was accessible and convenient. I stayed with my family in November, and we had a good experience. Our rooms and bathrooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The food and beverage section could be improved a little, but it was still a pleasant family stay, and I'd recommend the hotel.

The rooms are spacious and quiet, and the location and availability are superb. The hotel staff were good, especially Bhanu ji at reception, who was humble and supportive.

It's an average hotel in a business complex, and it doesn't have much of a hotel feel. The restaurant looks like a messy kitchen.

For ₹2100, this room was absolutely not worth the money. The bathroom was nasty and unhygienic, with no toilet paper or tissue and no wiper. The geyser wouldn't work, even in winter, and the hotel staff couldn't get it going after we complained. The taps were clanky, jammed, and unusable. The beds were unhygienic too, with dirty, unwashed cushions and mattresses. We only wanted to spend one night with my family, but all we got was dirtiness and disappointment. Not worth the money at all.
