We stayed on 1st and 2nd March after being sent here from Hotel Sudakshina, which had no rooms. Both hotels had the same owner. At 10:20 hrs, we returned from dinner outside and found the shutter closed. We’d forgotten a phone and came back for it. Someone outside helped us get in after 15 minutes. They had rung my phone, and when I didn’t answer, they shut the hotel. I’ve worked as a travel agent for 13 years and haven’t seen service like this. The receptionist, an old man who seemed hard of hearing but acted as if he was fine, made every conversation difficult. He wouldn’t listen and just repeated his own point. When I asked for lemon juice, he said they didn’t have it, until the receptionist explained that I meant a lemon sharbat drink. He focused on getting money from check-in onward, insisting we pay the full amount then. We paid for one day first, but after dinner he came to our room to argue that dinner had to be paid for right away. We said we’d stay another day and settle things accordingly, but he wanted payment after dinner every day. It turned into a big argument. The service boy also understood very little English. When we asked for one and a half plates of rice, he understood only half a plate. The service was poor. Avoid this hotel if you don’t want to deal with this old man running after money.

Service was very poor. The hotel facilities weren’t available, there was no inverter, and the bathroom wasn’t clean. I spent two nights without lights or a fan at night.

The rooms are decent, but the staff behavior was awful. An old man kept prying into my personal life with pointless questions and wouldn’t stop nagging. It made me really uncomfortable and spoiled my mood. He also seemed to have no idea how to run a hotel. If you want some peace of mind, stay away from this place. Go at your own risk.

The rooms are good, but the staff act arrogant, like they own us or something. I booked only because of the budget and urgency. Otherwise, I’d look at other options.
