The rooms look good, but the service wasn’t. We booked Daffodil rooms and found things broken or missing. For two people, they gave us just one toothbrush and one towel. On checkout day, they don’t offer room service after 10AM.

Breakfast is available as part of some room rates, and it’s a hot buffet with four or five vegetarian dishes, plus fruit, tea and coffee. The restaurant serves vegetarian food. Rooms are cleaned daily, and they provide tea, coffee, sugar and milk pouches, along with shampoo, bath soap, toothpaste and a brush each day. The staff are polite and well behaved. The hotel is reasonably priced, and you can find the website and book by phone.

I stayed here for work and found it good value. The location is handy for the main markets, and room service was quick and efficient. Staff were well behaved. The rooms are spacious, though they could be cleaner. There was dust on the sofa.

I came for the morning wedding rituals. The hotel has several rooms and an average-sized hall that could host a medium-sized function. It seemed clean, and the location near the market is good. I understand they serve vegetarian food. The breakfast area was small, and the lift can only carry four people at a time.

The staff are all polite and decent, and their service is great. The rooms are good, the bathrooms are clean and well maintained, and you can get warm water on demand in the morning. There’s a lift as well. A really nice place to stay in Siliguri, especially if you eat vegetarian food. It felt like being at home.
