I had to check in at midnight because of an emergency, and left at 5am after a horrible stay. For one person, it costs 600. I'd only consider this hotel in an extreme emergency and with a low budget. The room was awful, with mosquitoes and bugs seeming to live there. The bathroom was filthy and unhygienic, so dirty I didn't even feel like washing my hands. There was no hot water, and the wash basin was in terrible condition.
The rooms and room service were both very poor. The AC stopped working at night after 10 p.m., making this a terrible experience. Please look for another room.
The location is very good, right by Bidhan Market, Siliguri. Everything else at the hotel was average.
Good, but the mosquitoes were too much, around 800-1000 per room per day. Bring mosquito repellent.
The room was clean and in good condition, but the receptionist was rude. Not so good.
