I’ve stayed here six times, and so far the rooms have been neat and clean. The food’s taste and quality are much appreciated, and the service has been really good. If something isn’t available, they’re willing to arrange it for us, even at midnight. There are rooms with balconies and a street view, as well as another type without either. Outside food and drinks are allowed. It’s close to tenjing norge bus stand, local transport is available, and the hotel is good value for money.

The rooms were clean and good, and everything seemed fine to me. Check-out is at 12:00, with an extra charge if you stay past that.

The staff were good, and the hotel is well maintained. The restaurant food was nice too. It’s near the main road, about 10pm distance. The approach road smells really bad, though.

The staff were rude, the rooms were dirty, and the bathroom was awful. There was so much rust and corrosion on the shower head that it made me wonder whether the tap water had rust or other particles in it. Garbage and filth all around the hotel caused a foul smell throughout the room, and the waste brought in mosquitoes. They charged me for the breakfast we had even though it wasn’t included, and put the same charge on my partner’s bill without telling me. When I challenged it, they said they’d refund it by evening or, at the latest, the next morning or afternoon. It’s been weeks, and there’s been no refund or attempt to contact us. When we call, they keep passing us to someone else in a loop until you get frustrated and give up. Don’t go here. Rooms nearby are much cheaper and worth your time and money.
