The reception team’s friendliness and hospitality made the two days with my father comfortable and stress-free. Mount Embassy is also very well placed for shopping at Hong Kong Market, with good restaurants easy to reach. For a central stay with staff who care about guests, I’d absolutely recommend it.

Bivore deserves a special mention: he was attentive, friendly, and gave excellent service. The rest of the staff were welcoming, polite, and always ready to help make sure I was comfortable. My room was clean and well maintained, with a relaxing feel, and the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I’d recommend this hotel.

The receptionist seemed to be handling everything alone. He was helpful whenever we asked, but there was very little staff around, and it felt like staffing was inadequate. We also didn’t see any other tourists or families staying there. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the room was decent. It’s acceptable for a short stay if you keep expectations moderate.

We stayed for more than five days without any problems. The place is affordable, with clean rooms and tasty food. Mr Samir Kumar at the front desk made check-in and checkout smooth, and even helped extend my stay though I hadn’t given him advance notice. I’ll stay here again when I visit.
