The staff were very good, but the room was really poor. The main door and bathroom door both lacked proper latches. There was no curtain, and the bedsheet and blanket they gave us were very dirty.
Room service was awesome 👍 and it was a good stay. I can't say anything about the food here, but there are lots of eateries nearby. The hotel is near the Sikkim stand, so it should suit anyone travelling to Sikkim. Good value for money, and parking is available.
The washroom was really dirty, and the mug they left in the toilet was filthy and in awful condition. The mirror was dirty too. Housekeeping spoke rudely to me, and the receptionist did as well. This hotel didn't feel customer friendly.
The manager's way of speaking to customers was especially bad, and the hotel seemed focused on making money without maintaining things or considering guests' comfort. I found the manager mannerless and negative. Please consider staying somewhere else instead of visiting this place.
