The hotel is centrally located, and I had a good experience staying there with my family while travelling to Varanasi. The receptionist welcomed us and was polite and soft-spoken. Rooms were neat and tidy, the service was good, and all the staff were cordial.

The food was great, and the bed was comfortable. The location is convenient, the staff are humble, and I felt fully safe. Best hotel I've stayed at, though the service was very slow.

The food tastes like home, and the staff are gentle, supportive, and handle customers nicely. I'd recommend this hotel to others.

I've had some of my best hotel experiences in Siliguri here. The location is great, the staff and management are friendly, and the price is reasonable. They also have special discounts. Definitely worth trying.
