The room was shabby, and about half the things in it were poorly maintained. We’d traveled from Sikkim and stayed at numerous hotels, and our belongings had been fine until we got to HOTEL MALISCA. The staff broke our suitcase, then left us without taking responsibility or offering compensation. They were extremely ill-mannered, charged exorbitant prices, and provided poor service. Please reconsider carefully before booking.

Very disappointing. They confirmed one price over the phone for the booking, then gave a different one when I visited in person. They also charged extra for early check-in.

The tiny extra bed they gave us was very uncomfortable, and when we raised the problem with the manager, we got no positive response. We’d paid for a triple-sharing room, but were given a very small room with just one queen-sized bed that couldn’t accommodate three people. I booked after a colleague recommended the hotel, but the stay was a real disappointment. It was my first and last time there, and I wouldn’t recommend it to family or friends.
