Parking was easy, and the staff were genuinely helpful and friendly. They even let us order food from outside if we didn’t want to eat hotel food. After riding 600 km without a break, we found the spacious room comfortable and affordable, with warm beds and blankets that made for a good night’s sleep. Our group of four riders stayed one night and had a great time. A solid rider-friendly place in Siliguri, definitely recommended.

It’s close to the bus stand and Hong kong market, which is a plus. The room was great, with comfortable blankets and clean pillows, and everything felt super squeaky clean. They have a hair dryer and use solar energy, which impressed me. I can’t call it affordable, but it’s comfortable and seems reasonably priced. There was no extra bickering, just normal conversation, which suited me as an introvert. I left my charger behind and they kindly called me about it.

There were food scraps in the room and a huge oil mark on one of the beds. We also think the AC wasn’t working, and there was no hot water. We were too tired to ask about either, but at least there were fans. They asked us for a tip when we left. They changed the sheet right away when we asked, and someone smiled at us on the way out, though not when we arrived. After a long travel day, check-in took about 10 minutes for no good reason, and staff didn’t tell us when it was finished. I wouldn’t stay here again.

They don’t seem concerned about customers’ convenience. They gave us alternate arrangements after charging double the taxi rate, then made us wait at the station well before the time so they wouldn’t lose their commission. It felt like they gave customers wrong information just to protect that commission.
