The staff are polite, and the rooms are really clean. I also love the food. The hotel is near Hong Kong Market in Siliguri.

I stayed just one night and had so many problems. The washroom tap didn't work properly, and there was no kettle or soap. It was the worst hotel stay I've had. I wouldn't book here for a family trip, you'll have a hard time.

Five months ago, on my first visit, I booked a double room. It was tiny, with hardly any space, and the price was very high. The hotel staff's behaviour wasn't good, and management was bad too.

I'm judging this review with the room rates in mind.

The atmosphere was great, and both the service and staff were good.
