Breakfast was meant to be unlimited, but they served only five pooris for ten guests and took ages to bring more, apparently skimping on quantity by making us wait. We were charged 799 plus tax, yet breakfast didn't arrive until 10 AM and most of the items on the promised menu were missing. The service was absolutely terrible. Don't visit.

A quiet, green corner of Siolim makes this a good base for getting around North Goa. The villas are stunning, generously furnished, and the garden is well kept, with a lovely pool too. Staff were well trained and extremely helpful. Especially suited to families with young children.

The people were prompt and listened to our needs, and the marketing for this place is great. The property is huge and spacious, tastefully decorated with a mix of portugese and east asian artifacts. But being vintage shouldn't mean things aren't maintained. Lights in several places didn't work, and the kitchen and pantry didn't seem very clean during the monsoon. With small children, I wouldn't recommend it in the rains: mosquitoes were everywhere and I got bitten a lot. There was no wifi, which left me in a spot when I urgently needed access for a situation. It wasn't as described to me as a high end luxury villa, and I don't think it's worth that price point. I booked it for a family get together. M

Isha villa goa is beautiful and very centrally located. The service was amazing, and the food tasted like home cooking. We had a rocking time there with friends and family. Highly recommend it for a group stay.
