We stayed for one night and couldn’t get a blanket when we asked. The staff abused us over the request. The owner and staff have the worst behavior, and don’t know how to run a hotel or treat guests. Jain Dharamshala has better facilities, so go there instead.

Feroz bhai, the hotel owner, was really cooperative, and the staff were friendly. Enjoyed staying here, and it was good value for money.

The staff were friendly, greeted me with smiles, and were quick to help. Housekeeping kept things consistent and thorough during my stay. I also appreciated the coffee/tea station, mini-fridge, and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. At [Hotel Shagun], my room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a very soft bed, quality linens, and blackout curtains that helped me sleep well. The spotless bathroom had high-end toiletries and a shower with great water pressure. The location was ideal, close to [key places like restaurants, public transport, or tourist sites], while still quiet at night. I felt very welcome and comfortable, and would stay again.❤️
