Hotel Galaxy by OYO Rooms

For an urgent stay, this is one of the better options around, in Sanguwan chowk and easy to reach by public transport. But the service is average, and towels and bedsheets don't seem properly maintained. We had to ask for soap and everything else we needed.

I've stayed here around five times, and usually the rooms are nice and the staff cooperative. But this visit left me reconsidering whether to come back. I left my phone charger in room 306, where I was staying, and forgot to put it in my bag before heading to work. I'm sure it was there in the morning. When I checked later, it was gone. I contacted the hotel, and they had someone look, but it wasn't found. It's frustrating. Maybe a mischievous cleaning staff member took it, though I can't be sure. It was a bad experience, especially since it was only a charger. Sometimes you leave things behind by accident.

The staff are helpful, and the hotel is well maintained. I just love staying here. It's amazing.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean, roomy, and the price felt like the best deal in its range. Rates depend on availability, and you can book online or at the hotel. There’s no restaurant, but you can order from outside or a nearby cafe; the hotel provides cutlery. I had a really nice time at Hotel Galaxy.
