My first and last time at this hotel, it was a bad experience. The TV didn't work properly, there was no Wi-Fi, and, most of all, there was no hot water in the bathroom. The office staff were very rude, and customer satisfaction didn't seem to matter to the OYO or hotel staff. I've never seen a company, hotel, and staff like this. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

For the price, this was a very good place. The room and washroom were both clean, and the AC worked properly. Staff were courteous and quick to respond whenever I called. I ordered non-veg food, and it was delicious.

It was suffocating the whole time in these cramped, unhealthy rooms. The hotel doesn't provide toothpaste or even empty glass plates if you need them, nothing. I had a very bad experience, and the front office guy, Mr. Nepali, was rude.

There's a variety of rooms to choose from, and the staff are well behaved and responsive. The hotel is great for a stay. I'd take off a star because the food quality could be improved a little, and hot water from the solar geyser is very limited.

I was in Sirsa for official work. Though I'd booked, I didn't check in until late at night. The hotel manager called in the evening to ask when I'd arrive and whether I needed food. He gave me hot food at 1 am nights. The food was good and the rooms were clean. 👍 for the service.
